Return Policy

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and you aren't satisfied we will refund your money back. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way will not qualify to be returned. You are granted 30 days to return. Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer. Hair must be in original state it was sent.

For altered products (bundles are unwrapped / extensions have been worn) all sales are final.

We do not refund shipping charges.
